Binnen ons nieuwe elektrische voertuigproject zoeken we een Engineering Intern gericht op assemblagestudies. Je onderzoekt hoe componenten en systemen binnen het voertuig logisch, efficiënt en servicevriendelijk samenkomen.
Je werkt nauw samen met design en engineering en vertaalt ontwerpen naar maakbare en assembleerbare oplossingen, eventueel ondersteund door CAD.
Wie zijn we
Wij zijn een snelgroeiend bedrijf en gespecialiseerd in het restaureren en customizen van Land Rover Defenders tot in het kleinste detail. Denk aan lederen bekleding, krachtige V8-motoren, speciale velgen en geoptimaliseerde vering. We hebben met succes een elektrische Defender ontwikkeld, maar zijn altijd op zoek om de Defender naar een hoger niveau te tillen en daar kunnen we jouw hulp bij gebruiken.
We zijn op zoek naar
Een HBO- of WO-student met interesse in voertuigontwikkeling en productie, en een praktische, analytische instelling.
- Je volgt een HBO- of WO-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde, voertuigtechniek, industrial engineering of een vergelijkbare technische studie
- Interesse in productieprocessen, assemblage en voertuigintegratie
- Je denkt graag na over maakbaarheid, assembleerbaarheid en servicevriendelijkheid
- Ervaring met CAD en technische projectontwikkeling is een pré
- Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch
- Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met zowel designers als engineers
Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het vertalen van ontwerpen naar praktisch uitvoerbare assemblage-oplossingen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Als stagiair ga je onder andere:
- Onderzoeken en definiëren van assemblagestrategieën en -volgordes
- Analyseren van componentintegratie en packaging binnen het voertuig
- Meedenken over design-for-assembly en design-for-serviceability
- Vertalen van ontwerpconcepten naar maakbare oplossingen
- Ondersteuning bij CAD-gebaseerde lay-outs en assemblagestudies
- Bijdragen aan technische verbeteringen binnen het EV-project
Dit is een hands-on stage waarin je leert hoe een voertuigontwerp wordt doorontwikkeld richting een efficiënt assembleerbaar eindproduct.

Internship Engineering – Assembly Study
Within our new electric vehicle project, we are looking for an Engineering Intern focused on assembly studies. You will investigate how components and systems within the vehicle come together in a logical, efficient, and service-friendly manner.
You will work closely with design and engineering teams and translate designs into manufacturable and assembly-ready solutions, potentially supported by CAD.
Who we are
We are a rapidly growing company specializing in restoring and customizing Land Rover Defenders to the finest detail. Think leather upholstery, powerful V8 engines, special rims, and optimized suspension. We have successfully developed an electric Defender and are always striving to elevate the Defender to a higher level, and we need your help to achieve that.
What we are looking for
A bachelor’s or master’s student with an interest in vehicle development and production, and a practical, analytical mindset.
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Interest in manufacturing processes, assembly, and vehicle integration
- You enjoy thinking about manufacturability, assemblability, and serviceability
- Experience with CAD and technical project development is a plus
- You work in a structured and analytical manner
- You enjoy collaborating with both designers and engineers
You will play an important role in translating designs into practical and feasible assembly solutions.
What will you do?
As an intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and defining assembly strategies and sequences
Analyzing component integration and packaging within the vehicle
- Contributing to design-for-assembly and design-for-serviceability considerations
- Translating design concepts into manufacturable solutions
- Supporting CAD-based layouts and assembly studies
- Contributing to technical improvements within the EV project
This is a hands-on internship in which you will learn how a vehicle design is further developed into an efficiently assembleable end product.
