The Landrovers Amsterdam is op zoek naar een allround inbouwer/monteur die onderdeel wil worden van ons team. Geen standaard productiewerk, maar werken aan high-end, volledig op maat gebouwde Defenders.

Wie zijn we

Wij zijn een snelgroeiend bedrijf en gespecialiseerd in het restaureren en customizen van Land Rover Defenders tot in het kleinste detail. Denk aan lederen bekleding, krachtige V8-motoren, speciale velgen en geoptimaliseerde vering. We hebben met succes een elektrische Defender ontwikkeld, maar zijn altijd op zoek om de Defender naar een hoger niveau te tillen en daar kunnen we jouw hulp bij gebruiken.

Mogelijkheden bij The Landrovers

Binnen deze rol werk je aan de laatste fase van het bouwproces, het moment waarop alles samenkomt. Hier maak jij het verschil met jouw oog voor detail en afwerking.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Installeren en afwerken van interieurcomponenten zoals stoelen, banken, dashboards en maatwerk onderdelen
• Inbouwen en integreren van elektronische componenten zoals speakers, infotainment, verlichting en bedieningspanelen
• Passend maken en uitlijnen van dashboard- en interieuronderdelen
• Werken met verschillende materialen en technieken, vergelijkbaar met interieurbouw of standbouw
• Signaleren en oplossen van praktische uitdagingen tijdens de montage

Je werkt aan het punt waar losse onderdelen samenkomen tot een compleet eindproduct. Hier draait het om precisie, afwerking en het leveren van kwaliteit waar je trots op kunt zijn.

Wij zoeken iemand met een makersmentaliteit. Iemand die gewend is om met zijn handen te werken en energie krijgt van bouwen, verbeteren en opleveren.

Wat voor ons belangrijk is:

• Je hebt ervaring in jachtbouw, standbouw, interieurbouw, automotive of een vergelijkbare hands-on omgeving
• Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en/of auto’s
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, afwerking is voor jou essentieel
• Je bent creatief in het oplossen van problemen en denkt in mogelijkheden
• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft initiatief te tonen
• Je kunt schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en behoudt overzicht
• Je brengt een positieve vibe en werkt graag samen in een team

The Landrovers Amsterdam is looking for an all-round installer/technician who wants to become part of our team. No standard production work, but working on high-end, fully custom-built Defenders.

About The Landrovers

We rebuild the Defender from the chassis up, pushing the boundaries of engineering and design. We’re a young and dynamic team with a great balance between a professional and informal atmosphere. Opportunities at The Landrovers
In this role, you will work on the final phase of the build process, the moment where everything comes together. This is where you make the difference with your eye for detail and finishing.

Your tasks will include:

• Installing and finishing interior components such as seats, benches, dashboards, and custom parts
• Installing and integrating electronic components such as speakers, infotainment systems, lighting, and control panels
• Fitting and aligning dashboard and interior components
• Working with various materials and techniques, similar to interior or stand construction
• Identifying and solving practical challenges during assembly

You will work at the stage where separate components come together into a complete end product. This is all about precision, finishing, and delivering quality you can be proud of.
