Mogelijkheden bij The Landrovers

Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een procestechnieker. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid zal zijn:

• Bulkhead process, vanaf het moment dat het uit het donorvoertuig wordt gehaald totdat het op de opbouw wordt geïnstalleerd. U leert alle details van het pre-buildproces kennen, zodat we ervoor zorgen dat we een schot van de beste kwaliteit leveren dat meer dan 25 jaar meegaat. Nadat het schot weer uit de verf is, bouw je het op volgens onze standaard en installeer je alle componenten zodat het klaar is om op het chassis te passen.
• Inspectie van donorvoertuigen. Testen en volledige rapportage van al onze donorvoertuigen voordat ze worden overgedragen om te worden gestript.
• Toewijzing van donoronderdelen. Categoriseren van onderdelen die van de donor zijn verwijderd.
• Chassis- en asinspectie. Wanneer de auto tot op het chassis is gedemonteerd, leert u hoe u deze volgens onze hoge standaard kunt inspecteren voordat ze voor behandeling worden verzonden.
• Motorservice. Je leert hoe je een servicebeurt aan de donormotoren uitvoert.
• Nabehandeling. Nadat het chassis, de assen en andere onderdelen terugkomen van de behandeling, inspecteer je ze en zorg je ervoor dat ze voldoen aan onze kwaliteitsnorm. Zodra ze zijn gepasseerd, zorg je ervoor dat alle onderdelen klaar zijn om aan de productielijn te worden toegevoegd.
• Je speelt een zeer cruciale rol in het proces en bent een zeer waardevol lid van ons technische team. Ook krijg je de kans om bijzondere werkzaamheden uit te voeren die nodig zijn in het technische proces. Hoe meer je leert, hoe meer je kunt groeien.

Possibilities at The Landrovers

We are looking for a process technician to join our team. Your responsibility will be:

• Bulkhead process, from the moment it is stripped from the donor vehicle until it is installed on the build. You will learn all the details of the pre-build process ensuring that we deliver the best quality bulkhead that will last over 25 years. After the bulkhead is back from paint you will build it up to our standard and install all components so it is ready to fit onto the chassis.
• Donor vehicle inspection. Testing and full report on all our donor vehicles before they are handed over to be stripped down.
• Donor parts allocation. Categorizing of parts that are stripped off of the donor.
• Chassis and axle inspection. When the car has been stripped down to the chassis you will learn how to inspect them to our high standard before they are sent for treatment.
• Engine service. You will learn how to carry out a service on the donor engines.
• Post treatment. After the chassis, axles and other parts arrive back from treatment you will inspect them and make sure that they meet our quality standard. Once they have passed you make sure all parts are prepped and ready to join the production line.
• You will play a very vital role in the process and be a very valuable member to our technical team. You will also have opportunities to carry out special jobs needed in the technical process. The more you learn the more you can grow.
