“No stone is left unturned in personalizing these vehicles.” – Supercar Blondie

Welcoming Ben Thompson from Supercar Blondie at our Dream Factory in Amsterdam was an absolute pleasure! During a two-day visit Ben experienced to drive a bespoke Land Rover Defender, to learn about the way we work, and to get a feeling on how we guide our clients through the design and built journey. His conclusion? “No stone is left unturned in personalizing these vehicles.”

During his stay in Amsterdam, Ben got to experience two of our latest custom builds: Panterra Talus, and V8 Kung Fu. Panterra Talus, a Land Rover Defender 110 with fully electric 4 in-wheel motor technology, and Kung Fu a bespoke Defender 110 with Corvette LT1 engine.

Just a few kilometers north of the city and our atelier, he discovered the feeling of driving these re-engineered, classic yet powerfull cars. “The sky is really the limit here.” says Ben. “At this workshop in Amsterdam, you can get a Land Rover Defender customized down to the finest detail.”

“They’ll add anything you ask for.”

“Each Defender is designed as a collaborative effort between The Landrovers team and the customer, taking approximately nine to 12 months to complete,” continues Ben. “Everything is made in-house, from the tech down to the upholstery.” He adds, “Practically every detail can be fine-tuned, from the upholstery to the dashboard and the name.”
