All-new from The Landrovers, Panterra Aigle Terrestre is built with one destination in mind: adventure. Not the showroom. Not the trend cycle. But the long road ahead. From drifting silently through winter passes and deep forests, to wide summer horizons, winding mountain roads and a clear blue sea to close the journey. This is a Defender conceived as a travelling companion, despite, or perhaps because of, its fully electric heart.
Panterra Aigle Terrestre: familiar looks, different sound
At first glance, the Panterra Aigle Terrestre feels reassuringly familiar. The vintage grill gives the bonnet the classic Defender expression, quietly disguising the fact that beneath it lies our Panterra-driven EV platform: an in-house developed fully electric drivetrain with four independently controlled in-wheel motors.
Look closer and the story begins to shift. Antique leather defines the cabin, paired with American walnut floors and trim that bring warmth and depth to the interior. Our own Lion Luxury rear bench offers generous legroom, transforming long distances from something to endure into something to enjoy.
Bespoke details
The exterior is equally considered. Finished in Belgravia Green Satin – as found in the Range Rover palette – the body changes character with the light. In low sun or darkness it appears almost black; in bright conditions it reveals a deep, layered green. Roof and eyebrow details are finished in Bentley Midnight Emerald, adding a subtle contrast.
Custom 20-inch Panterra Lyon wheels and an external roll cage underline its purpose, while the Bigfoot spotlight delivers serious illumination for night driving far beyond city limits.
The power of adventure
A roof basket and a rear-mounted rack with integrated ski and snowboard carrier prepares the Aigle Terrestre for winter exploration. Inside, a custom green Alcantara headliner mirrors the exterior, while a full-length moon roof spanning the first, second and third row floods the cabin with light and panoramic views.
Every tactile element, like climate controls, switches and handles, is machined from bespoke aluminium billet. Hand-stitched seats, 40 years of in-house painting experience, customer-bespoke logos, and a our own HMI and infotainment system complete the experience. Everything you see, feel and touch is built in Amsterdam by our dedicated team.
Prepared now for winter journeys, Panterra Aigle Terrestre will evolve again come summer, making room for a roof tent and warm-weather travel, much like our Defender Atlas before it. This adaptability lies at the core of every project we undertake: our vehicles are designed to live, change and collect stories over time.
